Kerrin is an innovative leader with a passion for empowering individuals to make meaningful community changes. With a strong background in educational leadership spanning over a decade, Kerrin has extensive experience in designing and delivering professional learning programs focused on creating positive workplace environments, behaviour support, culture change, and effective leadership strategies. More recently, Kerrin founded The Elevated Approach, a Positive Psychology consultancy driven to deliver evidence-informed coaching, workshops and consulting in Wellbeing and Positive Leadership.

Kerrin is committed to lifelong learning, holding two Master's in Education and Educational Leadership from Australian Catholic University. Currently, he is completing his Master of Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Melbourne. He also holds an Applied Positive Psychology Coaching qualification from the Institute of Positive Psychology.

Kerrin describes his greatest passion as contextualising evidence-based practices and building tangible approaches to implementation in various settings.
